This recipe started in 1999, at Jason's old pasta company, and evolved into its current form. Turns out, all the recipe needed was a little Opera Sauce Mediterranean Hot Sauce!
This is not a sweet marinara. Not at all. It's got big, bold, saaavory flavors. Packed with ripe summer tomatoes, fresh garlic, Organic EVOO, Sicilian Red Wine, salted capers, Organic Oregano, OS Med Hot Sauce to boost the flavor, and a hint of Porcini Mushrooms for depth and intrigue!
