Escali - Touch Screen Thermometer & Timer

This thermometer and timer feature an oven safe stainless steel probe and braided steal cord. The easy-to-clean touch sensitive controls are located on the extra-large backlit display. Set a custom temperature alert or choose from a library of suggested internal cooking temperatures for beef, pork, chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, ham and fish. The included timer function will count up or down to a maximum of 99 minutes and 59 seconds and recall previous timers with the press of a button.

The touch sensitive controls built into the back-light display are easy to read under any lighting condition and wipe clean with ease. The stainless steel probe and cord are specially designed to withstand the high temperatures found in an oven or grill and may be left in food while it cooks. Use the magnetic back to hang the display on a nearby oven door, or place it on a countertop using the built-in kickstand. Two AAA batteries included.
