Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Roasted red pepper dip with slices of red and yellow peppers made to loo, like flower petals around the bowls of dip.
Prepare dip according to package directions. Chill until ready to serve. Arrange in small bowls. Slice peppers and arrange around the bowls. Add stems from cilantro or parsley.
