For the size of this Mud Pie Charcuterie Board, we decided to have 3 main food features; one on either end and one in the middle (ish).
On the left, we added a delicious Razzmatazz Dip scooped into a small, white, hollowed-out pumpkin.
On the left, we added a delicious Razzmatazz Dip scooped into a small, white, hollowed-out pumpkin.
In the middle, we combined 2 packages of cream cheese with Carmie's Kitchen Roasted Garlic Dip & Cheeseball Mix ( or use any Carmie's Kitchen dip mixes), shaped the mixture into a ball, wrapped in plastic wrapped and chilled until firm. We placed the firm cheeseball on the serving board and then added mozzarella eyeballs and olive pupils.
For the mummy "wrap" we softened an 8 ounce package of cream cheese with a little bit of milk, spooned it into a sandwich bag with a corner snipped off, and layered it over the mummy cheeseball.
And, finally, on the right end Xandra used a ghost cookie cutter to remove a ghostly section of brie and she filled the cavity with more Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves.
To fill in the rest of this sweet and savory Halloween board, Xandra created some spooky sweet treats with cookies and ghosty chips from Trader Joe's. She added pumpkin seeds, and made scary skeleton bones with pretzel sticks and mini marshmallows. And, to finish off the board, she even made little strawberry ghosties.
