Mrs. Anderson's Chocolate Melting Pot gently warms its contents over indirect heat without any hot spots to melt chocolate without it scorching. The heavyweight pan fits most saucepans and small pots to temper, melt, and warm chocolate to a perfect temperature and texture and prevent the melting chocolate from seizing.

The front hook design stabilizes the pot over saucepans for secure use, and a 2.5-cup capacity is great for larger amounts of melted chocolate.
