How do I place an order from a gift registry?

1. Click on the Find a Registry tab.

2. Type in the first and last name of the registrant or co-registrant.

3. Click Find.

4. Identify the registrants you are looking for and click on their name to view their registry.

If you don't find the registry listed, call us at 501-327-2182.  We are here to help! 

Do you deliver to showers?

Yes, we are happy to deliver to all showers in Conway, Arkansas!  Please notify us as soon as possible - give us a call or update via our registry form online.  Please make sure to have the contact's name, phone, and delivery address ready.  Many showers have multiple hosts.  To ensure we get your gifts delivered on time, we ask that you give us the contact information for the actual home owner where the shower is being held.

Please note - we only deliver to Conway, Arkansas showers.

My shower is not being held in Conway, Arkansas.  How will I get my gifts?

We ask that you provide a local Conway contact when you register.  This is often your mother, sister, friend, or the shower hostess.  You or your local area contact can pick up your gifts for an out of town shower.  When the shower invitations are mailed, we must have the person's name and phone number.  We will be happy to wrap all gifts purchased for the shower and have them ready for the arranged pick up.  Otherwise, the gifts will be sent with the purchaser or held for you to pick up at the store.

How often should I update my registry?

We encourage you to update your registry regularly online or come back in to view items in person.  You are especially encouraged to update your registry within two weeks before and after showers.  Also, if your registry is running low on items, you can expect for us to call and ask you to add more items to your registry.  After all, we want you to receive what you want!

Do I need an appointment to register?

Making an appointment ensures you get dedicated, individualized service!  However, we are always ready to help.  This is a special time for you, and we want your experience to be fun and stress free.  Come by and let us make sure you get everything you need.

Oh no!  I got a duplicate.  How do I make an exchange?

Please bring back any item(s) as soon as you know it is not going to work for you.  Gifts can be exchanged for in-store credit up to 30 days after your event date.  Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.  Gift cards never expire, and your credit may be used at your convenience.  No cash refunds for any merchandise.

I love this Easter dish set.  Will this be available for my fall event?

We agree our seasonal selection is fun and exciting, but we recommend you be selective when registering for seasonal merchandise (ie Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Halloween).  Items that we carry seasonally only cannot be returned.  When registering, please ask which items this applies to.

What do you mean I get my own display shelf?

This is a special time for you and we want to celebrate with you!  We will have a shelf in either our wedding or baby department with a selection of your registry items on display two weeks before your shower and your event date.  While we want to celebrate with you all the time, we do have limited space and must alternate in the time between.  We welcome you to bring in a 4x4 photo to be displayed on your shelf.  Sorry, but we are unable to return the photo.

How long will my registry be available at The Kitchen Store & More?

Your registry is active for one year after your event.  This is great for your anniversary and holiday gift giving.

Do you have any good ideas on hostess gifts?

Absolutely!  We offer many ideas for hostess gifts, wedding attendant gifts, party favors, and much more for all price ranges.  We will be happy to help you choose the perfect gifts, which includes complementary gift wrap.

I got so many great gifts, but now I have all these boxes.  Can you tell me about The Kitchen's Store & More's commitment to our environment?

We share your passion for environmental responsibility.  Please know that we recycle all cardboard and would appreciate the return of any boxes you would otherwise be throwing away.
