Passport to Summer Fun

Your Passport to Summer Fun awaits! Enjoy your summer and check off some community bucket list items at the same time. Take the opportunity to explore new places, revisit favorites, support downtown businesses and have a fantastic summer.

Instructions:

  1. Pick up a Passport at The Kitchen Store & More.
  2. As you complete the fun activities, check them off your passport and take a picture, or procure  some other proof of completion.
  3. Bring your passport and picture proof (or another form of proof) to The Kitchen Store to receive a stamp on your Passport for that activity. Maximum 3 stamps per day.
  4. Each activity completed earns an entry into the giveaway.
  5. Drop off your completed passport by Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 6 pm. The drawing will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 8pm.

Here are some suggestions and info about our downtown community. 

Visit Tucker Creek Trail:
This trail runs 3.1 miles from Tyler Street to Hogan Road. More info here.

Visit Falkner County Library:
Check out their book catalog, find a video to watch, or find a cool summer program. FCL has so many options for the entire family!

Visit a Conway Fountain:
UCA and Hendrix have fountains on campus and there are two fountains downtown.

Take a selfie with a Downtown Toad:

Visit the farmer's market:
Nothing better than fresh off the farm produce!

Explore MLK Jr. Square:
Share in honoring the history of the Black business district of Conway at the new MLK Jr Square park. 

DIY Passport Activities

Perform a Random Act of Kindness:
Make kindness the norm. Need some ideas?  Be a friend to a lonely neighbor, make a donation to a local shelter, leave a snack for delivery drivers, leave a positive comment online, send an encouraging email.  There are loads more ideas from Random Acts of Kindness Foundation.

Invent a New Drink:
Mix up your very own signature summer drink! Give it a fun name, add a wild garnish, and take a picture of your concoction.

Press Flowers:
Pick a few pretty blooms (with permission!), press them between the pages of a heavy book, and save a little piece of summer to enjoy later.

Make a Homemade Pizza:
Gather all the supplies you need to make pizza at home. Grab an apron and get to rollin'! Rolling dough, that is! If you try tossing the dough in the air, be sure to record yourself so we can see! (optional, of course!).
