Tap into a good time with this fun watermelon keg tapping kit. Simply core a hole, install the tap easily, and fill with your fave summer beverage. 
~Xandra's Watermelon Lemonade~
Ingredients:
2 cups pureed watermelon, (strain blended watermelon, discard pulp)
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup simple syrup
Club soda
Directions:
For the watermelon keg: cut just a sliver off one end of the watermelon so that it will stand. Be sure to not cut too far up or it won't hold liquid. Cut off the other end and scoop out the watermelon flesh and set aside. Using a corer, make a hole where you want the tap to be. Insert tap according to package directions. (it's super easy, we promise!)
For the lemonade: Place watermelon in a blender (in batches) and blend until smooth. Strain into a pitcher. Discard pulp.
Mix together two cups of puree, the syrup, and the lemon juice. Chill. When ready to serve, top with cold club soda (1/2 to 1 cup, or more depending on your preference).
Pour the watermelon lemonade into the hollow, tapped watermelon. Serve & Enjoy!
