Strawberry Shortcake Bunny Tail Pudding Cups

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Wind & Willow Strawberry Shortcake Cheeseball according to package instructions. Chill 1 hour.
  2. After chilling, scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture into ball and roll in the plain coconut. Roll another 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture into a smaller ball & roll in the plain coconut. Repeat for all cups.
  3. In a 9oz cup, add a layer of cookie crumbs, and a layer of chocolate pudding. Repeat layers. Top with a patch of Oreo cookie crumbs.
  4. Add Strawberry Shortcake cheeseballs, Top each ball with smaller cheeseball to look like a tail.
  5. Cut a mini marshmallow in half and pinch to flatten. Add to the cheeseballs to look like bunny feet.
  6. Add green coconut “grass.”
  7. Optional: top with marzipan carrots.
