Move over charcuterie, there's a new board in town! We're hoppin' on the speedy Butter Board train and Xandra is creating some seriously tasty concoctions every single Friday this month.
- 2 sticks Tillamook unsalted butter, softened.
- Roasted corn
- Chopped green onion
- Chopped tomato (regular or a can of fire-roasted, drained)
- Cilantro, chopped
- Cotija cheese
- Chili powder
- Zest of one lime
Dab softened butter across your charcuterie board. Add toppings. Top with cheese. Zest lime over the top. Sprinkle with chili powder and oregano. Serve with bread cubes, crackers, or crudites.
