Warm, cozy, and effortlessly elegant, this London Fog Latte recipe blends fragrant Earl Greyer tea, creamy milk, and a hint of vanilla for a cafe-worthy drink you can easily make at home.

How to Make a London Fog Latte
Ingredients:
For the tea:
- 1 cup water
- 2 Earl Greyer Tea Bags
- 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
For the Milk:
- 1 cup milk, divided
- Optional: pinch of lavender buds for a lovely, fragrant finish
Instructions:
- Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil and pour it into your favorite big mug. Add the Earl Greyer tea bags and let them steep for 4–5 minutes, so all those lovely bergamot notes really shine. Remove the bags and give them a gentle squeeze, that’s where the magic is.
- While the tea is still warm and comforting, stir in your honey or maple syrup along with a splash of vanilla. Sweeten to taste and let everything melt together into cozy, creamy goodness.
- For the froth: fill the glass beaker with about 1/3 cup of cold or warm milk, place the lid on, and pump the plunger up and down quickly for 10-20 seconds to create foam, then microwave briefly if desired (30 secs). Heat remaining milk and add to tea. Spoon froth onto your drink for a light, airy topping. Top with lavender, if using.

For the finishing touch on our London Fog Latte we always reach for the Norpro Glass Froth Master for a cloud-like topping. It's a simple, no-frills tool for a cafe-style drink at home, no batteries or electricity needed (making it perfect to stock your camper or motor home)
Tips for Frothing Milk
- You can heat milk gently first until steaming, not boiling! You want to be able to to touch the milk comfortably.
- Fill the Norpro beaker to the "MAX" line. Milk will expand when frothed so make sure you give it plenty of room.
- Use quick, steady pumps (15-30) for light and airy foam; fewer pumps for creamier froth.
- After frosting, let it rest and give the milk a chance to separate. This will make spooning the froth easier.
- Gently tap the beaker of frothed milk on a countertop and give it a swirl to smooth out bubbles for a smooth cafe-like finish.
- Always froth right before pouring & spooning so it keeps it's cloud-like texture.
