Aspen Eggnog Latte Recipe

Aspen Eggnog Latte

Ingredients:

For the latte:

  • 1 tablespoon Aspen Eggnog Mix
  • 2 oz. espresso, see note for alternatives
  • Sweetener of choice, sugar, syrup, etc.
  • 6 oz. steamed milk of choice

For the foam:

  • 2 teaspoons Aspen Eggnog Mix
  • 2 oz. hot milk

NOTE: Instead of espresso, use 2 ounces strongly brewed coffee and 8 ounces hot/steamed milk.

Instructions:

Pull a shot of espresso (or strongly brewed coffee) and pour into a mug. Add 1 tablespoon of Aspen Eggnog mix and sweetener of choice as desired. Stir to combine. Mix well. Set aside.

To make foam, in a separate cup, combine 2 teaspoons Aspen Eggnog mix and 2 oz. hot milk. Insert frother and switch the power button on. Froth for 30 seconds or until mixture has tripled in volume.

Pour foam topping over the latte and enjoy!
